Research Project: Enabling adaptive UV and solar-based disinfection systems to reduce the persistence of viral pathogens

Amanda's Bio and Research Description: Amanda's current research is focused on determining the molecular mechnaisms responsible for virus inactivation, and the factors required for effective virus inactivation by natural sunlight and UVC. The ultimate goal of this research is to develop UVC design guidelines to achieve reliable virus inactivation.
